·        Ensure the efficient organizational structure of PTJ services and dynamic organization with the use of IUS-HRM system.

·        Plan, supervise and prepare PTJ's annual budget.

·        Prepare the Department's Annual Budget Annual Report.

·        Responsible for the updated aspects of Staff Performance Evaluation (SKT and LPNT), staff leave, attendance during working hours based on the Service Circular and Letter of Instruction PSD and UniMAP.

·        Planning staff projection, Department strategic planning and Retreat.

·        Purchase, acquisition and disposal for PTJ including Asset / Inventory Capital Assets.

·        Office management including Staff Welfare.

·        Store Management.

·        Plan staff development with the cooperation / advice of the Deputy Registrar.
